- When using our Mobile Applications. When you use a PLAYBOOK mobile application, we automatically receive certain information about the OS of the mobile phone, tablet, or computer used to access the app, and other similar information about how you use our app when you visit it.

Online Data Analytics and Advertising Analysis
1. ANALYTICS
On our Services, we may utilize third-party web analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to collect and analyze usage information via cookies and other similar techniques; conduct audits, research, or reporting; assist with fraud prevention; and provide certain features to you. Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on by clicking here to prevent Google Analytics from utilizing your data for analytics.

If you get an email from us, we may use analytics technologies like clear GIFs to collect information such as when you open the message or click on any links or advertising included in the email. We can use this information to assess the success of our communications and marketing activities.

2. ONLINE ADVERTISING
Third-party advertising technology may be integrated into the Services, allowing for the delivery of relevant content and advertising on the Services as well as on other websites and applications you use. The adverts may be based on the content of the page you are visiting, information you enter such as your age and gender, searches, demographic data, user-generated material, and other information we acquire from you. These third parties (for example, ad networks and ad servers like Google Analytics, DoubleClick, and others) may also serve tailored ads to you as you use the Internet and Internet-connected applications, and may access their own cookies or other tracking technologies on your computer, mobile phone, or other device you use to access the Services to assist in this activity.

We do not have access to, and this Privacy Policy does not govern, the use of cookies or other tracking technologies by non-affiliated third parties on your device used to access the Services. You can opt-out of receiving tailored advertising from companies that participate in the Network Advertising Initiative’s Consumer Opt-Out link, the Digital Advertising Alliance’s Consumer Opt-Out link, or Your Online Choices if you want more information about tailored browser advertising and how you can generally control cookies from being placed on your computer to deliver tailored advertising. Please note that if you exercise the choices above, you will still see advertising when you use the Services, but it will not be tailored to you based on your online behavior over time.

3. NOTICE CONCERNING DO NOT TRACK

Children's Privacy
The Services are not designed for minors under the age of 13 and are not meant for them. If we discover that we have accidentally obtained "personal information" from children under the age of 13 without proper parental consent, we will erase it as soon as feasible. Without parental consent, we do not process information of users under the age of 16. If we learn that we have gathered information without parental consent from a user under the age of 16, we will take reasonable steps to erase it as quickly as practicable.
