The Mentorship Cycle is designed and facilitated in partnership with Cosmic Centaurs, a Dubai-based organizational and leadership development consultancy founded by Marilyn Zakhour. Cosmic Centaurs works with executives and teams across the region to build more agile, psychologically safe, and high-performing organizations — and is the official Arabic-language partner of the Fearless Organization Scan. Their frameworks for structuring meaningful conversations and building trust between leaders and teams directly shaped how mentor-mentee pairings are matched and prepared for this program.

Designed as more than a moment at the Summit, the journey begins before mentors and mentees meet, with dedicated preparation to help both sides arrive ready to make the conversation count. The Summit then becomes the starting point for mentorship relationships designed to continue and grow beyond the two days.

We review your submission and match you into a small pod of relevant peers, guided by a senior mentor whose experience aligns with your stage.
You’ll receive a preparation kit to help you arrive with one clear question, ready to make the most of every minute.
This is a focused, facilitated conversation. You’ll introduce yourself using a simple structure, share your context, and receive perspective—not platitudes.
You’ll close the session with a personal takeaway and a clear next step, not just a collection of business cards.

We have intentionally limited capacity to protect the quality of the experience for everyone. Sessions are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and will close once full.
Yes, Mentorship & Peer Pods are open to all attendees. However, to ensure a high-quality experience for our community, we offer a priority booking window and limited seats.
Each session is intentionally designed to be 45 minutes. This focused timeframe ensures a high-signal, productive conversation without time draining.
After you book, you'll complete a short form asking about your current stage, role, and the specific decision or challenge you're facing. Our team uses this information to curate pods where the context is relevant and the mentor's experience aligns with the group's needs. It’s designed so that relationships start with context, not small talk.
Our matching process is designed to place you with the mentor who is most relevant to your current stage and needs. If you have a specific leader you're hoping to learn from, you can note that in your application, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
These sessions are strictly timed and curated to be fair to all participants. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you, as it disrupts the flow for the entire pod.
